Chief Technical Operations Manager (CTOM)
The Chief Technical Operations Manager leads the technical backbone of Ngana International Ltd. He is responsible for the design, implementation, and supervision of advanced agricultural systems including modern irrigation, crop management, dairy processing, and post-harvest technologies.
His role ensures that production processes meet international quality standards, enhance efficiency, and minimize environmental impact. By integrating cutting-edge techniques with local knowledge, he safeguards consistent yields, reduces operational risks, and enables the company to scale sustainably. He also trains and empowers local technical teams, reinforcing Ngana International’s commitment to innovation and community capacity-building.
